This beautiful white honey processed coffee is our first from Costa Rica, an origin famed for its stunning and complex coffees.


White honey coffees tend to be mechanically washed, leaving minimal mucilage around the bean. The resulting cup is super clean with a bit of sparkle.


The processing mill for this coffee is call La Lia, named after the mother of the farmer / the family pillar. The family are very interested in quality as well as stability through long-term relationships.


If you can, we recommend resting the coffee for 2 weeks to begin experiencing it in its fullness. But we understand if you just can't wait...
