HOW DO SUBSCRIPTIONS WORK?
Whether it's for you or a friend, you can go through our subscription page and set up the perfect subscription for you. You can select one of our mainstay coffees, or join a seasonal single origin rotation. Weekly, fortnightly, monthly, ground, whole bean / the control is all in your hands. You can login any time and amend it.
Where is your roastery?
How come your coffee tastes so good?

The most common question we get. It’s all in the beans that we source. We source some of the most loved beans in the world. The farmers are huge experts and we’re in awe of their incredible produce. Our role in the chain is to roast it to perfection on our Loring Smart roaster, bringing out all of the beautiful innate characteristics.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY DELIVERY?

We use Royal Mail’s 48hr service, so typically in 2-3 working days. We also have an upgraded DPD next working day option at checkout.

All orders placed before 2PM are sent on the same day.

HOW Often do you get new coffees?

We roll with the seasons. This means we’re continually launching new coffees with different countries and continents harvesting throughout the year.

SOUNDS LIKE YOU might GET FREE LABOUR. IS THIS RIGHT?

Nope. The employees we have who join us on licence from local prisons are all on payroll, and we’re a Living Wage employer.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

We accept returns of any equipment or faulty goods within 14days of purchase. We will refund postage for faulty goods.

Coffee is a consumable good and we can therefore only replace or refund faulty or damaged coffee, which is subject to assessment by our Quality Control team. Please contact info@newgroundcoffee.com and we’d love to help resolve any issues.
