Wholesale Business Manager

We are looking for a charismatic, coffee-loving individual to join our team in a brand new role and to help drive the growth of an up-coming and progressive speciality coffee roastery.

The Wholesale Business Manager will work with the directors on developing an ambitious acquisition and retention strategy.

Key responsibilities:

/ Develop a pipeline of new mainstay customers

/ Grow a big network of new feature customers

/ Helping the team maintain quality across our current customer base, ensuring training and machine maintenance is up to date

/ Regular cuppings and partnering with the roasting and production team

/ Monitoring market trends

/ Managing regular wholesale blogs and communications to maintain and grow engagement

/ Develop and lead a strategy for trade shows

The role:


/ Dialling in espresso-based drinks and filter to high standards

/ Maintaining quality of coffee throughout the day 

/ Be a legend with a loyal customer base

/ Good background knowledge on all products

/ Confidently helping customers with product choice

/ Assisting with production on busy roastery days

/ Experience desirable
