Wholesale Account Manager

We are looking for a charismatic, coffee-loving individual to join our team and to help deliver a market-leading account management service for an up-coming and progressive speciality coffee roastery.

/ Full-time

/ Based in Oxford with regular regional and national travel

/ Competitive salary

The Wholesale Account Manager will work with the directors to deliver excellent customer service and training to our growing wholesale customer base.

Key responsibilities:

/ Maintaining quality across our current customer base, ensuring training and machine maintenance is up to date

/ Furthering our relationships with current customers exploring new ways to maximise partnerships and help our customers be successful

/ Helping to develop a pipeline of new mainstay and feature customers

/ Regular cuppings and partnering with the roasting and production team

/ Monitoring market trends

/ Managing regular wholesale blogs and communications to maintain and grow engagement

/ Supporting with trade shows


About You:


/ Minimum 2 years of speciality coffee experience

/ Experience training baristas essential

/ Clean UK driving licence desirable

/ AST desirable

/ Dialling in espresso-based drinks and filter to high standards

/ Maintaining quality of coffee throughout the day 

/ Be a legend with a loyal customer base

/ Good background knowledge on all products

/ Confidently helping customers with product choice

/ Assisting with production on busy roastery days

/ Experience desirable
