This spring, we teamed up with our friends at Ace & Tate for a two-day collab across our Oxford stores. Think: free cold brew, custom scratch cards, sharp frames, and good vibes all round.
The concept? Keep it simple. Cold brews and scratch cards.
Ten lucky winners walked away with a fresh pair of Ace & Tates, while hundreds more scooped up exclusive discounts, iced coffee, and top-tier style advice (courtesy of Ace & Tate — let’s be honest, not us).
Both our stores were buzzing all weekend. And while it might’ve looked like just a fun pop-up (which it absolutely was), there was more behind it.
This wasn’t just a “let’s do a thing” kind of thing.
Both NewGround and Ace & Tate are proudly B Corps — brands doing business differently.
For us, that means using coffee as a force for change: creating jobs and second chances for prison-leavers, building a traceable supply chain, and serving brews that stand for something.
For Ace & Tate, it’s about transparency, accountability, and frames that don’t cost the Earth — literally or figuratively.
So yeah, it made sense. Two like-minded brands, rooted in purpose, sharing our goods with the city we love, and making Oxford feel just that little bit fresher for the weekend.
