Brewing in an Aeropress is versatile, creative and delicious. We have gone for a classic recipe here, but feel free to play around with ratios to find your perfect brew

Weigh 16g of one of NewGround's banging coffees

Smash the beans up into medium fine pieces. (Or grind in an actual grinder if smashing them with your fist isn't for you).

Add the grounds to the Aeropress and place on top of your pre heated server (top tip - use 2 x filters for a super clean brew). Slowly pour in 250g of freshly boiled water and then give a quick stir

Put the plunger in the Aeropress and wait for 2mins, then use all your strength and plunge that black gold into your server/cup/jug/straight into the mouth
