V60's are a super simple method of making coffee and give a clean, crisp brew. We love these on a daily basis. This method is a good starting point and ratios can be adapted to suit your taste.
What you need
Hario V60
Filter paper
15g coffee
Scales
Filtered water, just off the boil (or 94degC if you like)

Wet your filter paper with hot water to get rid off that papery taste and heat everything up

Weigh out 15g of medium ground coffee and put into the v60, making sure the bed of the coffee is flat

Pour in 50g of water to bloom the coffee, making sure all the coffee is saturated. After 30secs, add the remaining 200g of water, taking it to a total of 250g. The whole brew should take about 3mins from first pour to the last bit of water going through the coffee bed. If it takes longer than 4mins, coarse up the grind. Shorter than 3mins, make it a touch finer
