Although his 16 hectare farm is highly productive in volume, he is extremely meticulous with producing high quality coffees.
Sr Jimenez is a dedicated farmer and understands the value of reinvesting his earnings back into the farm for the sake of higher quality and, ultimately, a more financially secure future. With his wife, Leidy, Sr Jimenez manage a large team of pickers and day labourers.
